Income Protection

Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD)

If financial stress is tied to loss of income due to illness or injury that impacts your ability to work, STD and LTD can provide partial income while you recover. STD and LTD eligibility are based on employment status and Comfort Systems USA tenure.

Supplemental Benefits
Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity

Voluntary insurance plans provide cash benefits to help cover unexpected health events for you or your family. These insurance policies are supplemental to your health insurance plan. You do not need to be enrolled in a Comfort Systems USA health insurance plan to enroll in coverage.

Purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse, or your child under these supplemental plans:
