Planning for braces? Comfort Systems USA’s MetLife High Plan is built for teen smiles:
- Braces: 50% covered, up to $1,500 lifetime max (under age 19)
- Preventive: 100% covered for cleanings, exams, and X-rays
- Basic Services: 80% covered after deductible for fillings, extractions, etc.
