Getting Started
Annually you will be given an opportunity to review your coverage. There are also different times you may change coverage throughout the year: as a new hire, as a transferred employee, or if you experience a qualifying status change. Each period has different deadlines and rules. Please take time to review the type of enrollment period that most applies to you.
Review the Benefits Guide for complete details.

When can I make changes?

Qualify Life Events include:

- Divorce or legal separation
- Change in spouse’s coverage (loss or gaining coverage)
- Employment status change
- Medicare or Medicaid eligibility or changes
- Eligibility for Marketplace coverage
- Address change that impacts coverage
- Turning 26 and losing coverage through parent’s plan
- Death in the family (must result in loss of other coverage)
Dependent Verification: If you add dependents as a result of a Qualify Life Event change, verification of dependent eligibility will be required upon enrollment. Documentation such as marriage license/certificate or birth certificate must be submitted.
