Health Care Coordination

Quantum Health® Care Coordinators help save time and money by keeping you and your family organized and well cared for. Care Coordinators can assist with:

  • Coordinating care and appointment scheduling for kids, spouses, or aging parents
  • Finding doctors or specialists
  • Facilitating prior authorizations, managing chronic conditions, and resolving billing issues
Virtual Medicine
Virtual Doctor's Appointments

When you're under the weather, even making it to the front door can feel like a journey. When you’re enrolled in a Comfort Systems USA medical plan, you can access virtual appointments through MDLive® from board-certified doctors without leaving the house.

MDLive® can treat conditions such as:

  • Colds and flu
  • Allergies and respiratory infections
  • Pink eye, stomachaches, and more
Virtual Physical Therapy

Hinge Health® is a free virtual physical therapy program for Comfort Systems USA medical participants that helps relieve back, joint, and muscle pain.

  • Easy, at-home care — no appointment needed
  • Personalized exercise therapy via an app
  • Support from physical therapists and health coaches
  • Wearable sensors for real-time feedback

Pre-tax Spending Accounts

Health Savings Account (HSA)

An HSA can help you save pre-tax dollars for medical, dental, and vision expenses. The HSA administered by Optum Financial® is available exclusively with the Silver or Bronze Comfort Systems USA medical plans.

  • Triple Tax Savings — Contributions, growth, and medical withdrawals are all tax-free
  • Catch-up Contributions — Add $1,000/year after age 55
  • Rolls Over and Investment Growth ¬— Invest any unused funds over $1,000
  • Flexible in Retirement — Use for non-medical expenses after 65 (taxed like income)
  • Covers Future Care — Pay for Medicare, dental, vision, and more

Comfort Systems USA makes quarterly HSA contributions:

  • $500 for employee-only coverage
  • $1,000 for employee + dependent coverage
Flexible Spending Accounts

There are two types of medical FSAs administered by Optum Financial®:

  • Healthcare FSA — For medical, dental, and vision expenses (Gold plan only)

If you're enrolled in the Gold medical plan, a Healthcare FSA helps you save pre-tax dollars on medical, dental, and vision expenses — making it easier to manage routine care for everyone.

  • Covers copays, prescriptions, glasses, and more for you and your dependents
  • Great for budgeting planned family care, such as check-ups or braces
  • Lowers your household's taxable income
  • Use it or lose it — unused funds expire at year-end (with limited rollover)

Diabetes and Hypertension

Get connected devices, receive expert coaching, and use an easy app to help manage your diabetes or hypertension through Teladoc®. This program is free to all Comfort Systems USA medical plan participants and their covered dependents.

Teladoc® offers:

  • Unlimited test strips and free glucose and blood pressure monitors
  • Tips and tools to manage your health and feel your best
  • Expert coaching when you need support
  • Private and secure access to your health data anytime
Weight Loss

Wondr™ is a weight-loss program that is clinically proven to help you lose weight, sleep better, stress less, and so much more — and it’s free for all of our Comfort Systems USA employees. Learn simple skills based on behavioral science, so you can enjoy your favorite foods and feel better than ever.

Comfort Systems USA offers two MetLife dental plans: High Plan and Low Plan. Both plans have 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic dental work performed at in-network dentists.

Comfort Systems USA's vision plan through VSP® provides quality vision care for you and your family.

Annual Exams:

  • WellVision exam every calendar year to monitor vision changes common in teens
  • Discounts on contacts, sunglasses, and even LASIK

KidsCare Coverage:

  • Two fully covered eye exams per year, if needed
  • Extra lenses and frames for children under 19, as needed

Glasses and Contacts:

  • $180 allowance for frames ($200 for featured brands)
  • $180 allowance for contacts (includes exam)
  • 20% discount on amounts over allowance

Lens Enhancements:

  • Coverage for progressive lenses, scratch-resistant coating, and more
