Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Free. Confidential. Available to all employees and household members.

You Are Not Alone.
Life doesn’t always go as planned.
Work gets overwhelming, relationships get complicated, and stress, grief, and financial pressure can make it hard to see a clear path forward. Mental health is as important as physical health, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to help with confidential services at no cost, so you and your family don’t have to face life’s hardest moments on your own.

What Is the Employee Assistance Program?
Free, Confidential Support for Life’s Challenges
The EAP is a free, voluntary, and completely confidential benefit available to all Comfort Systems USA employees and their household family members, regardless of whether you are enrolled in a CSUSA medical plan. It connects you with licensed counselors and certified specialists who can help you work through life’s most difficult moments.
There are no referrals needed, no claims to file, and nothing that goes on your insurance record. It’s a benefit designed to support you as a whole person — because when you’re doing well, everything else falls better into place.

Life does not come with a warning when things are about to get difficult. Below are some common situations employees face and how the EAP can help.
FINANCIAL STRESS
Are you drowning in credit card debt and do not know how to dig out?

Mental Health Is Health!
Because Mental Well-Being Affects Everything
We talk a lot about physical health, annual checkups, managing chronic conditions, and staying active. But mental well-being is woven into every part of how we function: how we sleep, how we perform, how we show up for our families, and how we handle the unexpected.
Anxiety, depression, burnout, and grief are not personal failures. They are human experiences that millions of people navigate every year, and with the right support, people get through them. Our EAP exists because Comfort Systems USA believes you deserve that support.
There is no issue too small to bring to your EAP. If something is weighing on you, that’s reason enough to reach out.

How Does It Work?
What to Expect When You Reach Out
Getting started is simple. Here’s what to expect when you reach out to the EAP:
- Call or go online to connect with the EAP — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A care coordinator will listen to your needs and match you with the right specialist.
- You’ll receive up to five (5) free counseling sessions per issue, per year.
- If ongoing care is needed, your coordinator will help connect you with in-network providers through your CSUSA medical plan.

You Don’t Have to Be in Crisis to Connect.
Support for Everyday Challenges
The EAP is not just for emergencies. It’s for the everyday weight that accumulates when life gets hard. Here are just a few of the situations your EAP can help with:
- Feeling persistently anxious, sad, or emotionally numb
- Going through a divorce, separation, or custody dispute
- Dealing with the death or serious illness of a loved one
- Facing financial hardship, unexpected debt, or job uncertainty
- Experiencing burnout, job stress, or conflict with a coworker or manager
- Struggling with alcohol, substance use, or a loved one’s addiction
- Navigating a legal issue, identity theft, or a major life transition
- Simply needing someone to talk to who isn’t a friend, family member, or coworker
